Users must not attempt to trace or replicate output graphics using screenshots, browser inspection tools, or any other method that circumvents the intended processing workflow.

2. User Responsibility

• You are either the rightful owner of the image you upload, or you possess valid permission, rights, or licenses to use it.
• You will not use any traced graphics for commercial purposes unless you fully own the underlying content or have the legal right to do so.

3. What We Do Not Offer

Cropycat makes no warranties or representations regarding your legal ability to use the content you upload or trace. Specifically, Cropycat does not:

• Guarantee that your use of traced content is legally safe or authorized
• Review or validate the licensing status of uploaded images
• Provide legal advice regarding intellectual property rights
• Grant you any ownership or usage rights beyond what you already legally possess
• Assume any liability for your use of traced content in violation of third-party rights

4. Enforcement and Penalties

We take violations of this policy seriously. If we become aware that you are using our service for design theft, piracy, or other unauthorized commercial exploitation, we may:
