At Cropycat, we're committed to being transparent about how our service works. Since we operate on a credits-based system and offer free usage to try the tool, we keep our refund policy simple and clear.

1. Credit-Based System

All purchases on Cropycat are for credit packs, which allow users to trace high-resolution graphics from images. Each trace uses one credit. We offer 2 free credits per day (no login required) so you can test the service before making a purchase.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available before any purchased credits have been used. Once you begin using your purchased credits, your payment becomes non-refundable. Please use the free daily credits to evaluate the product before purchasing.

We do not offer partial refunds under any circumstances.

Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:

• You purchased credits but haven't used any.
• You were charged incorrectly or faced a billing-related error.

To request a refund before using your credits, email us at support@cropycat.com with your purchase details.

3. Expired Credits

All purchased credits expire 30 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

Unused and expired credits are not eligible for refunds. It is the user's responsibility to utilize credits before the expiration date.

4. Failed or Unsatisfactory Traces

If you experience a technical error or poor tracing result after using your credits, please reach out to our support team via chat. While we don't offer refunds in such cases, our team may provide bonus credits at their discretion to help you resolve the issue.

5. One-Time Refund Policy

If you've already received a refund on a previous purchase, future purchases will not be eligible for refunds—even if the credits remain unused. This policy helps us prevent misuse while keeping things fair for all users.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Users who initiate a chargeback with their payment provider will forfeit future access to Cropycat. We encourage you to contact our support team first so we can help resolve the issue.

7. Add-On Purchases

All credit purchases—including bonus packs or one-time offers—are final and non-refundable once completed.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page and will take effect immediately upon posting.
