Cropycat provides an online platform for tracing and processing graphical elements from images. Our service allows users to upload images and trace specific elements using our proprietary technology.

You agree to:

4. Subscription and Payments

Cropycat operates on a credits-based system. Users can purchase credit packs to trace graphics from product images. Each trace consumes one credit.

Credits are sold as one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. You agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Purchased credits are non-transferable and expire 30 days from the date of purchase, as stated on the pricing page.

We reserve the right to update credit pricing or packages at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated by email in advance.

5. User Content and Conduct

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Cropycat. However, by uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You agree not to use our service to:

• Upload or transmit any content that infringes upon intellectual property rights
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any activity that could harm our systems or other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our service or systems

6. Intellectual Property

The Cropycat service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is owned by us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our service does not grant you ownership rights to any traced content from images you do not own. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use both the uploaded images and the traced content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cropycat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of our service.
